1. Custom Order Confirmation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom text, designs, colors, and size information provided at the time of order are accurate. Once the order enters the production phase, modifications or cancellations are generally not supported.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Our Own Designs: For our own pre-designed products (non-customized), we offer a 28-day no-reason return and exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused.
  • Personalized/Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we do not support returns or exchanges unless the product has inherent quality defects (e.g., damage, sewing errors). Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt.

3. Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the legal right to use any images or text submitted for customization and that they do not infringe upon any third-party rights. The customer assumes full legal responsibility for any infringement disputes arising from the submitted content.

4. Production & Delivery

Due to the craftsmanship involved, production typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping time is not included in the production lead time and is subject to the courier’s delivery schedule.
